Kenechukwu Okeke Sues Tuface (2face) Idibia, Tiwa Savage, Davido, more
A lawsuit has been filed by an outraged Nigerian who claims his properties were destroyed during a riot instigated by top personalities like Tuface, Uche Jumbo and 48 more people.
The court in Abuja had earlier placed a verdict on the accounts of people who were active in the End SARS protest. The list contains 20 names with more than half of them, celebrities and TV personalities in Nigeria.
On October 20, the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN put a hold on the accounts of the End SARS protesters. With regards to our previous post, the names of the person on the CBN account freezing list were not public.
For the next three months, these accounts will stay frozen. However, the outcome of the ongoing investigation on the End SARS movement by CBN would determine if it lasts longer.
When the CBN Freezes accounts, it is usually for criminal offences and according to news sources.

Who is in the lawsuit by Kenechukwu Okeke – Tuface, Kanu Nwankwo, Joe Abah, Kiki Mordi, Yul Edochie
Who is Kenechukwu Okeke? A man who identifies as Kenechukwu Okeke filed a complaint at the Chief Magistrate court in Abuja against activists who acted as back up to the End SARS protest.
He is charging them for the destruction of his property which he claims occurred from the chaos of the protests.

His case is filed under sections 88, 109(a), 110(1)(c) of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, 2015.
The names on the lawsuit filed by Kenechukwu Okeke is Tuface, Aisha Yesufu, Tiwa Savage, Banky W, Michael Ajereh (Don Jazzy), Yemi Alade and 43 more.
