Rest – It is a good way to relieve shortness of breath associated with coronavirus.
Drink a lot of water – Fever leads to dehydration, fatigue and dizziness. Drink lots of water to stay hydrated.
Lose of appetites – It is not necessary to force eating, eat only the little that the body is able to take.
Isolate – In order to protect others, isolation is important starting from the day of the first symptom until the next 10 days. Avoid sharing rooms, towels, dishes and soon the symptoms will begin to disappear. But it might also be necessary to take advice from medical officers to know when it safe to discontinuing isolation.
The symptoms of coronavirus are not pleasant for patients who experience it mildly or severely. Both cases would normally experience a dry cough. But only the severe cases go farther and experience sore throat, shortness of breath and fever over 100 degrees.
