Africa Business Heroes ABH, a non-profit establishment by Jack Ma is extending its deadline for 2021 applications from June 7 to June 21 after witnessing a great level of interest from entrepreneurs across the continent.

For all previous editions of the ABH prize competition, the organisation receives thousands of applications from all 54 countries in Africa every year. For the first in 2021, it received more applications than ever since its inception.

Across Africa, entrepreneurs and SMEs continue to face growth-limiting challenges. Consequently, the ABH prize competition aims to help cut these limitations, spotlights and provides support.

ABH has also acquired more partnership and expanded its network of partners from across Africa for its 2021 edition.

The partnership will further enhance its strength to identify and support skilled entrepreneurs in Africa for the 2021 prize competition.

More so, ABH also acquired an extended network of local and international partners for its 2021 edition.

The ABH pool of expert judges is also growing. It now has over 100 judges who will handle application reviews on its application review board.

This dynamic pool of judges include people selected from a variety of carrier fields like investors and VCs, members of the media, academics, senior consultants and advisors, incubators and accelerators, and other recognized business leaders.
