At exactly 1:00 PM (GMT+1) Google product consumers began experiencing difficulties with a number of its applications including Analytics, YouTube, Gmail and Google docs.
There is no known cause of the outage on these applications which appears to be having a global effect.
At about 1:30 PM GMT, Google Analytics which is a website traffic data system appears to have resolved with only few people noticing the 30mins issue.
Europe is suffering the largest coverage disconnection than most countries as the downdetector map suggests. However, a few people in Africa – Nigeria – also reported the same issue.
Google has also said it is aware of the outage in its applications and is investigating.
