It is the first step on the NIMC website before a download of the enrollment form for NIN number.

People who do not have a National Identity Number, NIN can try to visit the NIMC website and get the form.
To download the form directly, visit the website of the National Identity Management Commission at https://web.nimc.gov.ng/.
Scroll down to find the option “Get the NIN Enrolment Form”. Click on it to download directly to any device in use.
Bring the slip to the nearest NIMC registration centre with a valid ID for biometric data capture.
A transaction slip will be provided to applicants who are also expected to come back after three working days for NIN slip.
