Nigeria Can Make Sustainability and Climate Action Work

Sustainability in Nigeria

Are you leaving a carbon footprint or living sustainable?

Nigeria is a little bit slow in embracing sustainability and making natural resource conservation work for tomorrow’s generation. The country does, however, feel the impact of climate change, having experienced a temperature rise of 0.8-degree Celcius lately.

The idea of leaving the planet a better place for children drives most people, but there others refusing to identify with the issues. They are part of the population that depends on the government to take the necessary action.

Achieving sustainability and climate actions in Nigeria

Climate change is not only the government’s problem, and anyone can hardly expect them to lead environmental actions. Climate activists from around the world are making major efforts to stir not just governments but also people into action. Being responsible for the environment cannot be stressed enough and should be fused into daily routines.
