Coronavirus is holding the entire world captive and people are responding to it accordingly. It is understandable why people are reacting like the world is shutting down. Not being in charge and just watching the virus infiltrate almost all aspect of lives is daunting for most people but they are also missing some facts about coronavirus.  

Not everything about the virus or the ailment that occur from it is known. Most importantly, the characteristics or disposition is unknown, so anxiety continues to build.

The Facts About Coronavirus

The virus is overpowering everyone and even the most powerful people on earth now look vulnerable like everyone else. There are many things that are yet unknown about the virus but use the available information cautiously. Though information is little and keeps coming, there are no confusions about coronavirus and people need to get that. 

Coronavirus is highly contagious, and there is no vaccine neither is there a cure.

The elderly are more at risk but also are those with poor immune systems.

Chronic diseases also put some people at great risk.

Aside from this set of people, others could just experience flu-like symptoms.  

Government, mostly in Europe, Asia and the United States and health care officials are putting close-downs and home office orders. What they are doing is to try to reduce the number of infection not create a negative impression about the virus. The virus spreads rapidly, and this is the most effective way to make sure that hospitals don’t get crammed with sick people.
