Application for CBN Stimulus Package.
The stimulus package introduced by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in 2020 to support households and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) affected by the COVID-19 pandemic is reopening for fresh applications.
All eligible status for the grant includes – Households, Microenterprises and SMEs who are to apply at the Nirsal Microfinance Bank.

Who can apply for CBN stimulus package at NIRSAL MFB
Households – Households with verifiable evidence of livelihood adversely impacted by COVID-19.
Microenterprises – Existing enterprises with verifiable evidence of business activities adversely affected as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
SMEs – Enterprises with bankable plans to take advantage of opportunities arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.
After selecting the suitable option, fill the form and follow these steps to complete the application process:
- Bring the form to the closest NIRSAL Microfinance Bank (NMFB) for submission. All evidence of the opportunity or adverse impact of the COVID-19 pandemic to the applicant should be attached.
- NMFB will review the application and forward to the CBN for final approval.
- Applicants will get the final approval from the CBN before they can receive the grant.
